Identify Your iPhone

Not sure which iPhone you have? This guide will help you identify your exact iPhone model so you can choose the correct replacement part. Please match the exact model number, not just the name or screen size.

On older iPhones, the model number is printed on the back cover in small text, as shown below:

For iPhone 8 and newer, the model number may not be printed on the back. If that is the case, use one of the following methods:

1. Check the SIM tray.
On iPhone 8 and later models that have a SIM tray, remove the SIM tray and look inside the slot wall in bright light.

2. Check in Settings.
Go to Settings > General > About, then tap Model Number to switch from the part number to the model number.

3. Check the USB-C or Lightning connector.
If your iPhone does not have a SIM tray, or the model number is not shown on the back, look inside the USB-C or Lightning connector in bright light. The model number is on the upper side of the connector, on the same side as the display.
