Does it switch networks when I cross a border?

Yes. Your phone joins a local network in each country by itself, usually within a few minutes of crossing. One plan covers all 39 countries, so your data and days carry on. If it doesn't connect, turn Airplane mode on and off.

Does it cover the UK, Switzerland and Turkey?

Yes. The UK, Switzerland, Turkey, Norway and Iceland are all included, even though they're outside the EU. It covers 39 countries in all.

Does it work in Bosnia, North Macedonia, Monaco or Andorra?

Will it work on a cruise?

In port and close to the coast, yes: it joins the local network as it does on land. Out at sea there's no signal, because ships run their own satellite networks. Keep data roaming off on your Australian SIM at sea: ship networks charge by the megabyte.

Is 5Mbps unlimited enough for Europe?

For maps, messages, socials and video calls, yes. For streaming or sharing a hotspot, pick a data plan: those run at full speed.

When does my Europe plan start?
